Forgot Apple ID to Activate iPad after it was erased

I erased my iPad before giving to it to another family member, however didn't know I needed to disconnect the device from my previous Apple ID. I am not being asked to go into the Apple ID and disconnect it however have now forgotten the Apple ID it is connected to due to long time of not using it. HELP ME PLEASE!!
