WHen I turn my 5c iPhone round from vertical to horizontal and vice versa, the picture doesn't move from vertical. What do I have to do to get this facility please?

I Tried that but it's already on 'Portrait Oriantation Lock Off' and doesn't make any difference when it's on 'Portrait Orientation Lock On' either!
