OMG: Apple saves my deleted pictures?!

Today I used the iCloud for Windows App (PC) to use the new upload/download functionality for iCloud Photo Library.

I activated the automatic download functionality and i am still shocked!!!

All my deleted pictures (even older then 30 days) are still there. Every photo that I deleted on my iPhone before, using the iCloud Photo Library, is still there. They are now on my PC in the download folder.

This means that all my pictures are stored by Apple, even if I delete them!?!?! 😮

I don't think it is your English that is a problem since you do not see difference between your PC downloads folder and Apple servers.

maybe i wasnt clear enough. the deleted pictures were downloaded from the Apple servers. i deleted them in icloud Photo Library on my iphone. Months later they suddenly show up in the downloads folder of the iCloud Photos PC App. Conclusion: the photos are still on Apples Servers.
