One of my friends sent me an album and when I went to my account info and pressed download, it never downloaded. Now the button to download it is not there. Whenever I press redeem in the email that was sent to me, it just takes me to the website to downlaod itunes. Does anyone know how I may be able to download the album?
If the redemption went through then in iTunes enable the menu bar with Alt or Ctrl+B then use Store > Check for Available Downloads. If that doesn't do anything try Music > iTunes Store > Quick Links > Purchased > Not on this Computer. If you still have no luck try https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or ask your friend to do the same if there is no evidence of the item in your account.
