Restoring iphone backup from 5 to 5s missing apps and adding ones I dont have?

Hi guys,

I backed up an iPhone 5 yesterday to iTunes. I then restored this backup to a new iPhone 5s. For the most part it restores everything correctly minus a few apps and its also adding some apps that I did not have and some I had a long long time ago..

The apps I am missing that I want to restore contain data so I thats why I haven't simply just re downloaded from app store..

Any info on this much appreciated..
