Java Error "Java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException"

Hi there,

I was trying to set something up in my browser for my brother called a "Shimeji" and it gave an error code I have not seen a fix to. As it says in the title, it says "Cannot launch Java application" and gives me the error message "Java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException" of which I have no way to fix. Can anyone help me with this?
