Can Safari be prompted to look at user created keychain?

Is it possible to direct Safari to look for a user created keychain? In other words, I've created another keychain with user pass credentials and was hoping to be able to direct Safari to this rather than store/enter this info via Safari's preferences > Passwords tab.
