apple super drive will not mount disc in windows 7

New Turbo Tax disc will not mount or start under Windows 7. I have Boot Camp partition with Win 7 and El Captain on separate partitions. The Turbo Tax 2015 mounted on the Apple side but will not mount on Windows side. Have used this partition set up with this computer fro the past 5 years. IMac, early 2008 with 4 gb of ram. Win 7 trouble shooters for a cd/dvd drive are not helpful. Probably a driver issue but I'm not sure of how to get driver update for Windows for an Apple drive.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), Ipad Air 2, Iphone 6, Toshiba Laptop , IPhone 4, IPad 2

If you are using one of the iMacs listed below, you should download Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5640.
