During creating an email alias there are two different error codes: 2100 and 2102 (username not found). What is the rule for error 2100? I'm trying to save alias I'd like to have, but the error message is always 2100 (with no explanation why the alias is wrong). All other cases, the response is with error 2100 (which I suppose is correct for already used aliases).

I would call Apple Support.
Unfortunately, they didn't help me. Instead I was forwarded to Apple online documentation and manuals on creating aliases.
