digital HD cope movies help

can anyone please help me ? i bought the steel box of terminator genisys blu ray dvd digital HD cope. when i redeem the code from the itunes store. everything goes good but when i click on the play it it will not play. i have itunes 12.3.1.23 64 bit. i have other digital HD copys that i have redeem the code from itunes store and they play with no trouble. i have tried to uninstall and reinstall terminator genisys digital HD cope still will not play. thank you for any help on this. i have windows 10 home 64 bit
