Only purchased music from iTunes could be transferred from your iPhone.

The way to transfer music to your new computer is to use your old computer's backup. The iPhone is not a backup device for your computer's music.

Yes, as I said above, there is a way.

Use your former computer's backup to restore iTunes to your new computer.

If all of your music was purchased from iTunes, install the latest version of iTunes on your computer, connect your phone, then go to the File menu in iTunes -> Devices -> Transfer purchases.

If you have music on the phone that is not from iTunes the way recommended by sberman is the best solution. The alternative is an iPhone file manager such as TouchCopy. It is not free, however.
