iOS hardware keyboard layout eten

Is there any request like me to input Traditional Chinese Eten41 through bluetooth hardware keyboard?

It was great that Apple opened the 3rd party keyboard layout and input sources, such that many emoji/sticker/input layout methods are open to public, in the form of a separate APP, with access to "settings". Since I understand that input I/O is actually down in the systems level (firmware), I am requesting a layout that is used for Traditional Chinese to input Eten.

I am symbolic to a group of 40 something Taiwanese/HongKonger group that is considering switching to iPad Pro, but the limited TC (Traditional Chinese) input choices is backing me off!!!
