I have two Apple IDs. How to delete one?

Recently I switched from Charter internet to Frontier. I apparently have two Apple ID accounts now. What to do? App Store updates indicate my Charter ID but I can no longer get Charter email.

Big mistake. Rather than create a new Apple ID, you should have changed the email address used for the Apple ID. You can't do that now because you are using the new address in the 2nd Apple ID.

iTunes/Mac App Store is licensed to the Apple ID that bought it and only that Apple ID can redownload or update the content. Apple will not combine Apple IDs and will not transfer content from one Apple ID to another Apple ID.
