my new Apple TV 4 seems to be having what I can only describe as electrical glitches. During streaming the video seems to go in and out as if the unit had had a power interruption. This happens sporadically. Has anyone else experienced this ?

How is your ATV 4 connected? Are you going through a receiver or straight to the TV. Others have reported reoccurring temporary loss of video signal for a few seconds at a time. I believe this is an issue with the HDMI handshake dropping and reconnecting which causes HDCP copy protection to black out the video until the handshake reconnects.
You could try a different cable or connect directly to your TV if you aren't already and see if the issue goes away.

thank you for the quick reply , I am connected thru HDMI directly to set. Your description sounds close to what I am experiencing , however audio is also lost and sometimes the screen goes green and then comes back. I am trying to determine if it is limited to Netflix.
