Apple ID without credit card!!! It doesn't work at all this time
I've made too many accounts and I haven't seen any problems however this time I can't download nothing

You posted your topic in the Apple Pay forum ...
Apple Pay is not the same as using a credit card with the iTunes or Mac App Stores.
Apple Pay requires an iPhone 6 or later > Set up and use Apple Pay on your iPhone
However, if you are just trying to download free apps, select None for payment method. Instructions > iTunes Store: Changing account information
If None is not available > Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information?
