ON my iPad I keep trying to make an in-app purchase, but then I am told that it cannot connect to the iTunes Store. What do I do?

Hi taylora,

If you are getting a message that you can't connect to the iTunes Store, please see this article.
If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Note it has some preliminary test as well as some focused on iOS.
