Q: Upgraded to a 6S. Factory reset old phone. Now some of my apps don't work on the new phone (Find my iPhone, iCloud, Facetime). It won't even let me log-in. What happened?

Upgraded to a 6S. Factory reset old phone and then turned it off. Now some of the features on my new phone appear to not be working (Find my iPhone, iCloud, Facetime). It won't even let me log-in...meaning it won't even let me enter a password. What happened? If I go into "Settings" on my phone these items appear to be inactive/greyed out and I cannot click on them.

Hi there Tropicfire2,

It sounds from what you describe that you cannot enter your iCloud information or change options, because Restrictions are enabled. Check out the info in the following article with more information on that and where to turn them off:
