Why am I not able to download free apps?
Im trying to download free apps and it keeps going back to my credit card info. How do I download without my credit card info or how do I remove the info?
What do you mean by 'keeps going back to my credit card info' ? If you have a credit card on your account then it has to be a valid card and accepted by the iTunes validation - if it's not then try logging into your account (not when trying to download something) and see if you get the 'none' option on the payment details screen so that you can remove it
