I recently bought an hp windows 10 notebook to which i downloaded itunes. I downloaded all purchased content including three movies, ive never any problem with other computers nor my ipod. For some reason the movies will not play does anybody know why??

No all that happens is the media player pops up like its gonna play the movie and then just a black screen
Hmm, you're not alone, though it isn't exactly clear what the issue is yet. Check out these two support documents and see if you can isolate the issue to HD content. Can you play SD video or is that broken too?
