Trackpad one touch is not working

You were asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement when signing up for the beta program:

The NDA prohibits you from discussing software beta issues here or anywhere else. The two documents above describe how to submit problem reports to Apple.

Issues with pre-release i.e. beta software should be discussed in the appleseed forums and not here. The majority of people here do not have access to the beta software and Apple themselves do not actively participate in these user forums.

You should also be using the Apple Feedback tool included in the beta software at/System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/Feedback Assistant.app

So you got the Beta version, did you read the NDA?
