The command shift 4 will not take a screen shot
When I press the Command + shift + 4 nothing happens and will not take a screen shot. I have a macbook air. Does anyone know how to fix this??
MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)
Command + Shift + 4 should change your cursor arrow into a crosshair that you would then use to outline a rectangular area for a screen shot.
Command + Shift + 3 will take a screen shot of your entire screen.
