iPhone 6s: Constantly dropping Wifi Connection. Please help

I received my iPhone 6s 64gb three days ago and I am unable to connect to wifi successfully. The wifi connection constantly drops and this is getting very frustrating. I have tried to reset/restart/restore my device a few times and nothing have worked as well as turn wifi networking to 'off' perhaps all other suggestions to fix the problem and still nothing. I have also tried to reset/restart my router more than a few times and this didn't help at all. I have other apple devices, a macbook pro, iPad mini 2, iPod touch 4 and iPhone 5 and these devices never had this problem.

Please help.

Thanks,

Lyn

Take a look at this Apple Support article:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204051

Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
  • Press and hold on the Home button
  • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
