Trouble with iPhoto

Hello, Help! A while back I moved my iPhoto Library to an external hard drive and it has worked just fine up until the latest OSx upgrade to El Capitan. Now when I open it, my only option is to quit. Any suggestions? This is what comes up when I try to open it:
