iphone 5

Everytime, I tried to down an apps from apple store on my iphone 5. I am unable to retrieve my apple ID password for iphone 5?

so I went to my apple ID on my desktop. Manage my apple ID. I reset my password.

then I go back to my iphone.

open the apple store and I still unable to sign in with the new updated password.

Does anyone know why? please advise?
