I am unable to make purchases with my new debit card

I Switch debit card on my iTunes and now I cannot make purchases. It keeps popping up with the message "Apple.com/support/iTunes/ww. What do I need to do bc I know the card will cover the payment of the purchase.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9

If you haven't already done so then you need to do as the message says and go to that URL and contact iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums, we won't know why you are getting the message) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag

- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column

- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
