This Apple ID has not been used with the App Store

Hey Guyz,

So I had done a factory reset to my MAC (Erased the Hard Disk)..

Right now, Im trying to install my OS X back onto the drive.. Although, during the installation process, after I inputed my apple ID and Password and hit enter.. I'm presented with the message "This Apple ID has not been used with the App Store Please review your account information" with two tabs below it.. being
{Cancel} {Review}

I'm not sure what exactly im supposed to do... I've clicked the review tab but it does not take me anywhere.

I'd appreciate if someone could guide me on this matter..

Try this method to restore using Internet Recovery;

There is an option to skip that step. Do that, and set up iCloud later if you wish.

Why not be more specific? Saying such an option exists is not useful at all. Where do you see that option? Which step are you referring to exactly? What steps do you take before that option appears? Is it only with INTERNET recovery or just plain recovery?
