How to access .mdb files on macbook ?

Hi,

I recently started learning tableau on my Macbook air. One of the books I am reading is "Learning Tableau by Jashua Miligan". He has few example codes in relation to the book. One of the example is "Coffee Chain.mdb" and I can't connect to that file in my tableau as it is throwing me this following error.

"An error occurred while communicating with the Microsoft Access Database

data source "Coffee Chain"

How do I rectify this error ?

I know there are already posts regarding Microsoft Access, but the answers are 5 years old. I wanna know if anything changed.
