Itunes won't let me authorise my computer - why??!

iTunes will not let me authorise my computer!

Please can I get some help with this because I can't download anything from the icloud and it's very annoying!!

What error message is generated? See If iTunes repeatedly prompts you to authorize your computer - Apple Support.
