my macbook pro doesn't recognise my galaxy note edge on the network section .But for wifi there is a connection . Help wanted please😝

It sounds like you are trying to use your Edge as a myfi device. If so you connect your computer to any wifi router/hotspot. This of course assumes you have a cell plan that supports hotspot functionality.
