How to identify which macbook pro model with my apple id using Find iPhone?

my macbook pro 2014 had stollen. but i forget what my 'macbook pro' names. When i search by using Find iphone, mac had detect 1 of my macbook, but i cannot see which model is find. Pls help. Tq

Hey Hijrad,
Sorry to hear about your MacBook Pro that was stolen. The closest you are going to find out what device that is is by checking out the information in the articles below.
You can use the Find My iPhone and are going to have to remember what you named the MacBook Pro. You can also look at your My Support Profile to see what the serial number is. You can also go to iCloud.com and look in the settings to see what devices are signed in with your Apple ID. You will see a small portion of your serial number to match it to know what devices are what.
