Yosemite + Boot Camp + all messed up

Hi all,

I tried to create a boot camp partition for windows 10 and when tried to install the os I got an error regarding partitions... and after restarting I didn't have the option to reverse in boot camp the partitions to the previous state.

Now what can I do? I have one empty partition that doesn't allow me to merge to the osx partition.
