case-sensitive 'Find' in Preview

Is there a way to perform a case-sensitive search (e.g., advanced find) in Preview? I see an old thread on this topic which prepares me for disappointment.

I am assuming that you are wanting to do a case sensitive search on a PDF displayed in Preview. It had never occurred to me to even try this refinement!
