I cannot turn on photo sharing. On my iPhone 6 (iOS 9.1), the option is not present under Settings-Photos & Camera or under Settings-iCloud-Photos. I have an iPad, Macbook Pro, and an iMac and my wife also has an iPhone 6 and I know where the setting should be located, but it is simply not there. I have Photo Stream turned on. Any ideas?
