Q: Where is a list of model numbers for each iPhone release?

In re iPhone information. Is there a list somewhere of iPhone release dates with model numbers? I am reluctant to remove my waterproof case from my iPhone and wonder if there is a way to discover product name (i.e. 4, 4s, 5, 5s, 6) on the internet. I think I have a 5s but am not sure, as this phone was a gift to me. I do have Siri on this iPhone and Version 9.1, but I can't figure out Capacity. Once I know which iPhone I have, I will be able to begin locating a manual/spec guide. Thank you.
