My purchased Tones wont transfer over
I lost all my data when I had to get a new phone. Now my tones wont transfer over and I can't find them except for having to re purchase them.
What do I do?

They won't transfer over from where ? If you are looking to redownload them then you will be charged to do so, they (and audiobooks) are one-time only downloads from the store (other purchases are only potentially redownloadable whilst they remain in the store and you don't remove countries). Do you not have copies of them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library, and/or on your backup of your downloads/library so that you can sync them to your new phone ? If not you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
