I was working on my Aperture program and must have moved the mouse and pushed the wrong button. everything disappeared. Clean slate. Aperture looks like the day I installed it. Nothing in the trash. Please help me. I have been using Aperture since it was released. 12000 photos gone. When I checked my secondary HD
they to were blank. Thank You BOB
Have you checked the search fields in the browser and the library inspector panel, if you set a filter That might be hiding your photos? Are all search fields showing "all photos"?
It almost seems like you somehow created a new library. From the finder, can you locate the folder where your library is kept? If you find it, what happens when you double-click it?
I have inadvertently switched Aperture libraries in the past while bumbling with something and this is pretty much what I experienced. However, the "blank" "secondary HD" sounds troubling. Would like to hear how this problem shook out.
All photos in Aperture were lost.
