This dialog box appeared on my iPhone screen, and I couldn't unlock it with out changing my password: Password Requirement: you must change your iPhone unlock passcode with 60 minutes. Why? Does anyone know what this is?
iPhone 5s, iOS 9.1
The first time it happen, I was able, somehow, to bypass this.
Today, it happen again, and this time, I did change my passcode.

Do you have a work email account set up on it? Exchange admins can enforce policies on devices connected to their system, including passcode changes.
I do have a Exchange email account from university, I will ask them.
