Problems with iPad Air e-mail ... Content disappears after 2 days

After downloading the iOS9 upgrade i am having issues with my e-mail. The e-mail will download successfully. After +- 2 days the e-mail header remains but the content and attachments disappear.... Message reads " content not downloaded from server". MWEB ( my service provider ) say all my settings are correct.... Apple not sure what the problem is!!!!!

PLease help

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like you're running into an issue that's preventing Mail from displaying messages that are a few days old on your iPad Air. Try taking a look at the article below, it describes a similar issue that may occur when using a POP email account with multiple devices.
