Wifi eap settings

I Am not able to connect to office wifi which is on eap Ttls protocol. Earlier on iOS 8.1 it used to work

iPad 2, iOS 9.1

Take a look at this Apple Support article:

Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

Above solution didn't work either. When I try to connect to 802.1x eap network it does not ask for selection of Ttsl protocol, neither it ask for phase 2 authentication, which I used to get on iOS 8.1. I only get option of username and password which is not sufficient.
