How to de-authorise missing computer?

I can’t sync my apps on the iPhone, in iTunes it tells me to go to store and authorise it and this is the reply I get

This computer is already authorized. Including this one, you have authorised 4 computers out of your available 5.

I have a Mac, an iPhone, and an Apple tv 4, all authorised to upload apps etc so that explains 3 the other one could be an old mac or iPhone please advise how to just have the 3 authorisations. Thanks

Use the Deauthorize All command documented inthis article, or if it isn't an option, the 'contact iTunes Store support' link at the bottom of it.
