Unredeeming apps

Hi originally had 2 MacBooks for two sets of iPads. When I made purchases, I downloaded the same code file to each macbook and then proceeded to use configurator on each macbook.

I am now moving to one macbook to manage both sets of iPads. I have unsupervised the devices on Macbook 1 and then supervised them on macbook 2. I have re-downloaded the codes from VPP but they will not re-activate in the new macbook because it shows that all codes have been redeemed.

How to I free up the codes that were redeemed on Macbook 1 so that i can use them again on Macbook 2.
