Boot Camp 6 installer stopped working

I downloaded the software update from "Apple Software Update" in windows 10 and, after 4 tries, i managed to install the version 6 but Boot Camp says it's still 5.1.1

Now even if i look for updates in Apple Software Updates i can't find the update

What can i do?

iMac with Retina 5K display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1), Late 2014 iMac
