I have a new podcast that I have tried twice to send to iTunes for inclusion. iTunes support is telling me they have not received anything. Any ideas? thank you.

I searched online for you and found your Twitter account with the same name. Is your podcast titled "Soaring Eagle Eadio"? If so, I believe you are in the iTunes Store:

I'm unsure why the podcast team wasn't finding your podcast. Sometimes podcasters will have two feed URLS:
http
https
and they will request help on the https url, when they original submitted the http url.
