Deauthorize Account Options

Hello,

Thank for reading this, i hope you guys can help me regarding this problem.

I can't release/deauthorize my PC before reinstalling it, My PC was stuck in a bad crash and it was forcing me to reinstall the whole system. I was under assumption that itunes will recognize my machine but it obviously dont.

I used all remove all authorized option last February, so i can only do that again in next year. and that's killing me.

I wonder if there's any way to deauthorize just one account? i currently don't have any access to another 4 authorized PC because now i currently overseas. so now i'm stuck with just this PC that i though will be remembered by iTunes.
