Q: Video recording with bad noise and calling with poor quality sound

I have some problems with my new phone's microphone:

1) When i record a video the sound is like a broken tv (tv distorsion)

2) When i speack with someone on the phone i hear them verry well, but they cant't hear me very well, saying that the volume goes up and down.
