Error 42585

I recently upgraded to IOS 9.1. I no longer can play music on my iphone. I believe right after the update the music was working but now it isn't. I am getting the error "The Operation Could Not be Completed. An unknown error occurred (-42585)"

I have tried restarting my phone and that didn't seem to solve the issue.
