not happy with recent download
Downloaded the new Adele 25 - not happy with the download - requesting another download - heavy sound on left channel not sounding good at all.

You can simply delete the copies that you have without hiding the purchase, then redownload from your purchase history. I'd think it very unlikely you will get different results however. Typically corrupted downloads won't play at all. The problem may well reside in the mix.
