iPod and iTunes connection issue
Hello,
I am running into an issue with iTunes recognizing my iPod. The message I am getting states:
An iPod has been detected, but it could not be identified properly. Please disconnect and reconnect the iPod, the try again.
If the problem persists, uninstall iTunes, then reinstall iTunes again.
I have done that and followed the instructions that More Info button takes you to but nothing has helped. I plugged in the iPod into another computer and it recognizes it right away so it seems like a driver issue but I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apple device driver that didn't work either.
Is there anything else I can try besides wiping the PC?
