Dear Apple,
I wanted to merge 2 apple device. I just moved my notes from icloud to the device, then I forgot them, and was reset all settings on the device, so now I lost my icloud notes. I want to ask you guys to return them to the cloud if it is possible. They were all necessary data for me.

Your Notes didn't go anywhere. They're still in the cloud (iCloud) unless you deleted them.
Notes were moved to local device, so they are deleted from the cloud. That is my problem. I restored my device after I moved notes so I don't have them now 😟

Then if you deleted them, they are gone unfortunately. What "device" did you move it to?

I thought Apple has backups from their Cloud like other vendors...
It would be a shame if they not 😟

Then your Notes should not have disappeared but rather should still be in iCloud. Read this through -- Get help finding missing information in iCloud after restoring an iOS device - Apple Support
