Q: bluetooth pair and pin

I'm trying to pair my apple iphone 5 with my land line, and my ipad. Since the IOS9 upgrade they lost all bluetooth paring.

It finds the device, but ask for the PIN. I don't recall ever having to do that before? Where do I find th bluetooth pin for my phone?

Please reply to **** as my apple ID is quite old and I no longer have the account it's listed under

iPhones have never paired directly to another iOS device such as an iPad over bluetooth, except for Personal Hotspot.

Not sure what "pairing to a landline" means though. Perhaps you could care to explain what exactly you are trying to pair with and what exactly happens when you try.

Please do not post your email on a public forum.

You may want to log in to http://appleid.apple.com and update the email account for the Apple ID. You clearly have the password so its a simple update.
